Let's Get Acquainted
Hello and Welcome! We are Wayne and Suzanne, a long married (38 years) couple who love to eat, play, travel and explore - and we’ve learned a few things along the way. This blog came out of our desire to share our experiences of eating, playing, traveling and exploring - together, alone, and yes – dare we say – with friends, children, grandchildren and aging parents. It is all possible with the proper preparation, the right attitude and good dose of patience.
We'll share unique and special places to eat, cooking and culinary experiences and recipes developed over many years of travel. We’ll review and help you discover the equipment and toys that fill play time whenever and wherever we look for an active escape. We’ve experienced a variety of modes of travel and we’ll share what we’ve learned from self-guided cycling opportunities to luxurious cruising vacations to private aircraft transportation. We share what we’ve encountered as we explore slot canyons, raging white water rapids and off the beaten path dining and travel spots. As brand ambassadors we'll bring you the latest in travel accessories and destinations.
